Named for Amamikju, the goddess of creation, and the Amami islands southwest of Kyushu.

Legend tells that the Heavenly Emperor Amamikju gathered grasses, trees and stones to build the islands. That same act of creation inspires us — to gather the best produce and the finest ingredients, and shape them into something memorable.

From our handcrafted sushi to our robata-grilled dishes, every plate is an authentic taste of Japan, reimagined with the day's finest catch and the island's freshest produce.
